The Section 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage Insurance Program is used to: – Rehabilitate an existing one- to four-unit structure, which will be used primarily for residential purposes. – Rehabilitate a structure and refinance outstanding indebtedness on the Structure and the Real Property on which the Structure is located. – Purchase and rehabilitate a Structure and purchase the Real Property on which the Structure is located

– Flexible Rehabilitation: close before home rehabilitation is complete and no mortgage payments until rehabilitation is complete.

– Low Down Payment: 3.5% down payment for 640+ FIC

– High Debt To Income OK: Max Debt To Income of 55% for 640+ Puntaje de crédito. Only for primary residences.
