FHA

The Federal Housing Administration insures FHA loans and protects lenders from potential financial risk. FHA mortgage loans require lower down payments and may be easier to obtain than conventional loans offered by private lenders. FHA loans require an initial and monthly insurance payment. The FHA also places some limits on mortgage loan amounts, and these may vary by county.

– Internal credit profile evaluation

– We evaluate loans based on FHA standards.

– No tax returns: Salaried employees will only be asked to provide their W2 forms for the past 2 years and 30 days’ worth of current pay stubs.

– Low down payments: 3.5% for credit scores of 580+.

– High debt-to-income ratio (DTI): maximum DTI 56.9%.
