1099 Income – Alt Doc
Payments to sole proprietors or contractors are reported on IRS Form 1099 and included on the borrower’s Schedule C. Tax returns and employee documentation requirements may be waived.
With the Program
1099 Income – Alt Doc
We have the following characteristics
– Forms 1099 for the past 2 years
– Forms 1099 are validated with an IRS wage and income transcript
– Forms 1099 are validated with an IRS wage and income transcript
– Year-to-date income is verified via a proof of income, written employment verification, or other equivalent third-party documentation (Deephaven’s “Income Verification Request” form is also acceptable).
– Documentation is obtained from the employer confirming that the borrower has no expenses.
